Cloudy water can be caused by various factors, including mineral turbidity from bound clay particles or organic turbidity from fish waste, food residues, and decaying plant material. Tetra CrystalWater combats all these causes with a single product. To reduce bacterial cloudiness Tetra recommends the application of Tetra FilterActive Bacteria. Additionally, ensure adequate aeration of your aquarium, e.g. with the Tetra APS Air Pump. Tetra CrystalWater is suitable for all freshwater aquariums. Do not use this product in aquariums containing invertebrates (e.g. snails, shrimps and other crustaceans). Keep Tetra CrystalWater always out of reach of children. For optimal results, shake Tetra CrystalWater well before use and follow the detailed instructions. To treat cloudiness, add 5 ml per 10 L of aquarium water. If the KH value is equal or lower than 3 °dH, use 2.5 ml per 10 L. Tetra recommends the use of Tetra Test 7in1 to verify the water parameters in your aquarium. Wait at least 48 hours between applications and clean your filter regularly for optimal results. During its action, Tetra CrystalWater may release a harmless turbidity that dissipates within a few hours.
