Replacement bottle for Tetra CO2 Optimat Set
Only use the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill with the tube, diffusion pipe and membrane (from the Tetra CO2 Optimat Set)
Attach the ends of the tube to the connection points of the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill and diffusion pipe
The diffusion pipe must be filled with water before CO2 is added
Only disconnect the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill from the tube when above the water line
Add the dose during daylight
Press gently on the dosing head
When the diffusion pipe has been filled with CO2, all the water will be driven out of it
The CO2 automatically diffuses into the aquarium water

It delivers up to 50 applications at the push of a button. CO2 is an essential nutrient often insufficient in aquarium water. By dosing twice daily to achieve a concentration of 5 – 15 mg/L, you stimulate vigorous photosynthesis and lush plant growth, which absorbs excess nutrients, naturally deters algae and raises oxygen levels for healthier fish. Monitor the CO2 level in your aquarium by using the practical Tetra 7in1 Test. For even more intensive care, apply Tetra PlantaMin once a month or dose Tetra Crypto directly to the roots. Tetra strongly recommends to only use the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill with the tube, diffusion pipe and membrane from the original Tetra CO2 Optimat Set. Attach the ends of the tube to the connection points of the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill and diffusion pipe. The diffusion pipe must be filled with water before CO2 is added. This product is supplied in a pressurised container—keep it away from heat, open flames, sparks and direct sunlight. Never expose it to temperatures above 50 °C, and do not pierce or burn it.
