AGREEMENT TO USE THE TETRA WEB SITES

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND PRIVACY STATEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THESE SITES. By using these Sites (as hereinafter defined), you signify your assent to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Sites.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS:
These Sites are owned and operated by Tetra and / or its affiliates (referred to as "Tetra", "we", "us", or "our" herein). No material from Tetrafish.com or any Web site owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Tetra ("Sites") may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of materials on one single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Tetra’s copyright and other proprietary rights. SUBMISSIONS:
Tetra appreciates hearing from its customers and welcomes your comments regarding Tetra products, including Tetra’s online services. However, Tetra’s company policy does not allow it to accept or consider creative ideas, suggestions, inventions or materials other than those it has specifically requested. Accordingly, we must insist that you do not send us any original creative materials, inventions or ideas. While we do value your feedback on our services and products, we request that you be specific in your comments on those services and products, and not submit any creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials. If, despite our request that you not send us any creative materials, you send us creative suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, inventions or other information (collectively, the "Information"), the Information shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Tetra. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Tetra and Tetra shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Information. Without limitation of the foregoing, Tetra shall exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights to the Information of every kind and nature throughout the universe and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Information for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Information.

CONTESTS:
All participants in any games, quizzes, contests or other such activities contained on any Tetra Sites must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES:
The information contained in this site is intended for German residents only. Tetra makes no representations that the materials in this site are appropriate or available for use outside Germany. Those who choose to access this site from locations outside Germany do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance from local laws, if and to the extent that are applicable.

TERMINATION:
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all Tetra Site(s) and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Tetra if in Tetra’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and any and all other Tetra Site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. Tetra reserves the right to alter or delete material from these Sites at any time and may, at any time, revise the terms of this Agreement by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of Agreement. While Tetra uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in its Sites, Tetra makes no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. Tetra assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of Sites.
